Enzyme deactivated (stabilized) precooked rolled oats
Bring 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt to boil. Stir in 1/3 cup of Doğa Precooked (Quick Cooking) Oats and cook for 5 minutes. Cover and simmer gently until tender. Serve with milk. Adding sugar or honey and/or your favourite dried or fresh fruits to your breakfast bowl will determine the strength and flavour of your most important meal. Doğa Precooked Rolled Oats can also be used in soups and in other cooking recipes.
